Jason Henry has moved on from a Woodward Camper to Woodward Staff and shares his knowledge with many campers each summer.  Check out a little bit more about Jason below.

Favorite Camp Food: The lunch TRIFECTAAA! It goes a little something like this...quesadillas on the way down to the cafeteria from the gym, eat while in line for lunch, then you sit and eat the main lunch, after which you load up misc finger food onto the paper plates for the trek up to the grill to polish it off with a hotdog, some chips & a cheeseburger.

Favorite Camp Activity: Playing in the gym

Best Camp memory: Too many! Playing chess with Steve Caballero, stunting Shawn Johnson, relaxing at the lodge, tumbling with the danes, the list goes on and grows more every year.

Favorite Quote: "Commit!"  I say it all the time, to myself and to any athlete I'm working with.  If you want anything to turn out well, not just a skill or a stunt, you have to commit to it before you even begin it.
